How to order
Please select the watch strap you like, check carefully the lug end size of your watch and follow the steps below:
- Click the “Buy Now” Button (shown beside each single item) or “Add to Cart” Button (shown at the bottom of each single product description);
- Complete your order by clicking the ‘Check Out’ Button; it will direct you to a check out page;
- Before Complete the “Check Out”, you need to sign up your own account & provide your postal mailing details;
- Press the “Continue” button to confirm your order and make your payment via Paypal. We accept credit card payments using VISA, Mastercard and American Express via www.paypal.com (which enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account).
LuxuryWatchStraps ships all over the world. We are based in the UK and supply large numbers of straps throughout Europe, the USA, Australia and the World! Orders from the UK can be expected within three to five days. Orders from continental Europe are usually received within seven to ten days. Orders from the rest of the world will normally arrive within seven to fourteen days. Standard International shipping will be at a cost of £4.99. Should you want express international delivery we can get that special strap to you within 3 days. Simply contact us to discuss your options. We understand that it can be frustrating to wait and be kept in the dark – we will update you of the progress of your order at each stage.
Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK and Royal Mail International Signed For –for those orders going abroad. We also use express couriers such as Fed Ex ad DHL should you wish to pay an additional amount to receive your order quickly.
Our customers are invariably happy with our first rate straps and our service. However, if you are not happy with the strap you receive our policy is simple; return the strap within fourteen days for a full refund. The strap cannot be altered or damaged in any way for you to receive your refund. Simply mail the customer care team at email@example.com
